Lead Graphics Designer/Builder:

Due to the growth of our business, Freehold Group, Inc. is in demand for the professional services of a Designer. The Designer will be responsible for the following duties:
-Study the experiential projects and client expectations, identify objectives and specifications, and create work plans to develop 2D/3D designs as required.
-Utilize architectural principles to conceptualize and design exhibition and event spaces, considering factors like flow, lighting, and spatial design and arrangement to enhance the visitor experience and complement the project objective.
-Brainstorm creative concepts to ensure the creation of the set, props, and location for small to large scale projects, including premiere events, conferences,conventions, and exhibitions.
-Develop design concepts and visual representations and provide inspirations, mood boards, and storyboards, and format presentation deck.
-Create 3D models, architectural visualization, polished renderings, textures, and animations for a wide range of projects, including experiential design, architectural visualization, product modeling, and more.
-Collaborate closely with production and other departments to create final content,and make sure projects are aligned with work back schedules and milestones.
-Collaborate on the creation of 2D/graphic assets for events as well as social,website, and company branding, for both print and digital media.
-Assist in the development of production design drawings and documentation.
Minimum Requirements:
-At least a Master’s degree in architecture, interior design, or a closely related field.
-Knowledge of architectural design, environmental systems, and project management basics.
-Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Photoshop.
-Strong digital presentation skills.
